岁末正是柑橘飘香的季节。在广州从化鳌头镇潭口村平头岭一家专业合作社种植基地里，一排排砂糖橘树上，橙黄、橙红、黄绿相交、绿色的砂糖橘挂满枝头。 摘下一个果实，撕开橙红色的果皮，细尝一口，柑橘的香气瞬间唤醒味蕾，清甜的汁水充满口腔。 “我们的种植基地位于潭口村的深山处，海拔有5、6百米，拥有充足的光照，而且四面环山，生态环境优良。”该专业合作社社长李凌灶说道，基地采用统一的生产管理，在整个种植区域都加装了喷淋系统，日常淋水、施肥、施药都通过系统进行，而且基地用水都是从附近引过来的山泉水。“清甜的山泉水加上优良的种植管理技术以及优越的生态环境，我们种植出来的砂糖橘皮薄、色泽鲜艳、果形好，吃起来清甜无核，受到众多收购商的一致好评。” 目前，该基地种植有砂糖橘果树约12000棵，总产量约70万斤。“由于管理技术较好，虽然今年雨水较少，但果树产量较上年还增加了不少。”李凌灶说道，“基地的砂糖橘从11月初便开始成熟，销售给收购商，刚开始的收购价格有4元/斤，后面因大量上市等原因下降到3元/斤、2元/斤，但整体的价格较上年还是稍有提升的。”
